Coffee is a passion of mine. Had I the time and space, I would collect coffee makers.

For now, I'm content with one percolator, two stove-top espresso makers, a cup-at-a-time drip machine, an unknown number of full-size drip units, a French press and three vacuum-style or siphon-style coffee makers.

These last three are my favorites.

I've described the method countless times to child and adult alike, and finally thought I'd give a demonstration. They say that "a picture is worth a thousand words." Well, four thousand three hundred and thirty-three pictures (as that's how many frames of video you are about to see) ought to be worth over four million.
